Renvyle GAA
Football was/is played in Ballinakill Parish for over 100 years. Although the club has not achieved major success on the field of play it is one of the true GAA districts in Galway. In 1913 when the vast amount of current GAA clubs were unheard of – there were two clubs from the parish registered in the West Board competitions. The name of the current club is Renvyle.
